Has this issue been solved yet? I'm suffering from the same problem, I checked my load order, BOSSed, ran TES4Edit to look for any conflicts and nothing came up. I double-checked my load order and I don't have anything new. I'm using a new computer so had to re-install oblivion and I'm kind of confused :wacko:
