so yeah im sure you all know what i mean.. if not this is what i am seeing in game. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DxNUlWiXNlM (not my vid but the symptoms are identical) im looking for a little input on this i guess, ive seen many a folk claim this to be a vanilla issue i have also seen comments from people claiming to have fixed the issue. but annoyingly as often happens when someone finds what they consider a fix they neglect to share said fix. : ( granted i may be a little late to the party on this, i played skyrim un-modded for a while then forgot about it, then after i started installing mods i noticed this and couldn't un-notice it...of course my first step was to disable lighting / image space mods, then deleting ini's and using TES5edit to try and see if anything is conflicting. Starting anew has the same effects and if i use a different lighting mod (ELFX for eg) then i get the same issue but it just happens in different places. RLO causes this in Alvors house in riverwood but ELFX is fine. but ELFX causes the issue in the sleeping giant inn where RLO does not. whith no lightning mods installed a lot of the issues disappear but there are a few places it still persists, for eg Embershad mine, located near the blacksmith forge there is a rope bridge if you stand underneath that and look toward the three rocks by the edge of the water they will loose there shadows when viewing from certain angles. this only happens when i pull a torch out or cast candle/magelight, and from the vids ive seen it looks a little different to the light pop in caused by engine limits as that seems to happen (correct me if im wrong) toward the distance (well immediate distance) where as i seem to have this happen right at my charachters feet, i guess im kinda hoping that something is conflicting and i can correct it but if anyone has any input i would greatly appreciate it. any chance this could be an issue with meshes? p.s i know my load order may look funky, i use boss then re arrange using info from tes5edit to correct some minor weirdness'. also seems to run better..prolly placebo but meh..
