I'm having an issue when downloading large mods from the Skyrim Nexus, where any file under 500MB downloads at high speed (~5.7MB/s), but any file larger than that seems to be capped at ~700KB/s. I'm located in Australia, so mostly downloading from the Singapore server. Just found the test download file in the reporting template thread, and that downloads fine at ~4MB/s.

I'm in Australia and having the same problem. 37KBps download speed for both manual and MO downloads. Definitely not a problem with my internet, which is sitting happily at 50Mbps.
