i may need to make it clear that by no means am i new to vortex, i know how to use it and where things are, it just stopped launching the game

yes. its been primary since i started using it

ive been using vortex for a while and never had this problem before, but now i cant start fallout 4 with vortex, it works fine when i use steam to open the game and when i manually open f4se, but opening fallout with steam doesnt load f4se and opening f4se manually doesnt load dlc or any mods in vortex, has anyone else had this issue and/or got a fix for it?
