so im using better vamps every time npcs that turn into vamps wont stay as vamps when i load the same save which they are vamps get marked as not vamps maybe some can help with that to nail down what mods might cause this

btw this not the hardware thats cause the CTD its a software trouble here System specs just lets us know what your working with and helps rule out 1 cause for the issue. A lot of people feel they can run Skyrim on Ultra settings with a 100 MoDs on a 8yr+ old system. ram 16GB,VCM 2GB 630,windows 7 64 bit 3.0ghz

If you think about it this will solve a lot troubles with people that use over 200 + mods

there needs to be a a mod that fixes CTD errors related to looting body's,buying things and opening chests
