I cleared out files which you have listed to be redundant alongside with a few other files. I tried launching Skyrim once again and it led to the same result as before.

When ever I start up Skyrim it is fine. Vortex does not notify me that anything is wrong; however, when Skyrim loads me into the home menu and I press New/Continue it will show a loading screen and immediately crash. Vortex does not tell me what has happened and what has caused the crash. Loot doesn't notify me anything is wrong either. I have used xEdit to clean the plugins that Loot has recommended me to do so. I am starting to think that there are some mods that are incompatible with one another.
