You need to find someone who is asleep and then Use them. This is best done while sneaking, as being caught while feeding will turn all onlookers hostile.

At lower levels, cloth 'armor' tends to have more favourable mage-stats than other armors.
RP aside, once you reach higher levels this becomes less important.

I DW (Dagger in right hand, sword in left) simple because my character is a backstabbing, theiving scoundrel, and I find it a little silly to sneak around with your hand on fire or with half the kitchen table strapped to your arm.

Q1: RP is also a valid reason to wear only cloth.
Q2: DW perks in the One-handed tree allow you to strike much faster when dual-wielding. Also holding both buttons in a power attack does a lot more damage than 2 single weapon power attacks.

The problem with suggesting TCL is it doesn't actually solve the problem, which is Esbern's speech. The fix I linked will make Esbern speak once more, and fixes all other problems related with Esbern.

No need for complex hoopla any more, it appears that Bethesda changed the way files are loaded in the latest patch, so instead of plugin activated archives being loaded last, unpacked files/loose files are loaded last now. Your other texture mods should override the DLC now.

Editing an NPC's base inventory has nothing to do with body mods.

For PC: When you left click on the map you place a marker. When you left click somewhere else a box pops up asking if you want to Move, Remove or Leave the marker.
I'd imaging you'd use the button you pressed to place the marker, but pressing the button somewhere else to trigger the popup box.

Actually, Script Dragon takes a little while to update (3+ days). SKSE is the one that takes a short time.

Perhaps your saved games are being backed up to the Steam Cloud and restored when you next run the game.
To turn this off;
Steam > Library > Right-click on Skyrim, click Properties > Updates tab > Untick "Enable Steam Cloud...".

What's "moldavite"?
List of ores:
Iron
Corundum
Silver
Gold
Quicksilver
Malachite
Moonstone
Orichalcum
Ebony
Dwarven Ingots are melted down from Dwarven scrap metals.
Steel is made from a combination of Iron and Corundum ores.
You can use something like http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Ores_and_Ingots to find locations of specific metals.

Just walk around on riverbanks with a Soul Trap weapon (1 or 2 sec should be fine) and kill mudcrabs. You could also head to the northern areas and kill Horker.
For Grand Soul gems just go mammoth hunting.

You could simply wait until 2300hrs, use a power, wait 2 hours and attempt to use it again to check for midnight reset. If it doesn't reset at 0000hrs, then try waiting 6hr blocks, trying the power each time.
