Also, the follower I am making is lunari. So should I activate the ones I need for the follower?

Please help me. I'm very new to creating mods and I'm having troubles. I've already made my char, but skyrim keeps ctding. I can't figure it out. I obviously don't know what I'm doing. (Frustrated, can't you tell?) I could really use some guidance please.

So I had to jump through hoops to get my char into the game. But now I can't even get to her. I put her in arcadia's cauldron and when I enter the building it immediately ctd. I tried place at me via command console and it ctd. Any help with this?

So I'm working in creation kit. I'm trying to create a follower who is lunari. No matter what I do, I can't find her .esp. So I made an imperial as a tester and it's .esp shows up in data. So why isn't the lunari's .esp showing up? I am running as administrator too.

It depends I guess. I know it can cause CTD. Why not just let boss sort them out?

I've got her in the game but like I said in the other post, I can't load the .esp like you would any other plugin for creation kit. I can't find it in the data folder either.

I haven't modded for a few months, but I suppose I can help you learn to mod ze Skyrims, I have to get back into modding anyways to continue my yearly project on here. But keep in mind I may all of a sudden decide to just drop the whole mentor idea if I decide to; and I probably will have odd hours to answer questions about things. Any help is great. Right now my problem is, I can't find my created .esp. The tutorial I'm following said I should be able to select my char as a .esp like you would load apachii or the skyrim master files and plugins. Or is it just supposed to be loaded up under actor?

I'd like a mentor like person who can answer my questions as I stumble upon them. I've created a character in-game. I've imported and exported and placed her in game. Now I'm onto the finer tweaking, like the tutorial on this site says to do next. I've dropped her 'tristyn' char into the data folder but it's not available in the data folder to download into the CK and neither is my char. So.... What's up with that?

So I made a follower. Well I want her armor to show up in her inventory so the person can completely unequip it if desired. So when I set it as none (which is why she's nude I figured) and put it in her inventory, she won't wear it. so how do I get her to wear something and have it show up in her inventory so someone could completely undress her? The second problem is, in game, I can't give her any items. I hit the correct button but it won't go into my inventory to give her something. Some help would great, this is my first mod.

I can't find the corresponding hair texture. I'm using apachii sky hair and I selected f33. My tutorial says to select the corresponding texture and I can't find it. It mentions using the nifskope but I can't figure out how to open textures with that, just meshes.

Ok I think I found where they're looking. But my next problem is in 'character' file, I can't find the lunari race. I have succubus etc but not that one.

Hey. So I've just started to create mods. I have a character that I use to play and was requested to make it as a follower. So I got my creation kit etc and I'm at the part where I need to add meshes and textures to their respective folders. I'm following a tutorial I found here on the nexus. And this person has a whole series of folders and what not in their meshes file. I dl'ed the same files and I don't have them. So I hoping someone could help me out with this. I tried to post pictures up in paste bin but for some reason it won't copy....

Alright so I'm having a multitude of issues, but I need this one handled. Youtube can't help me lol. Where in the world do you find the latest update for skyrim? I just dl'ed it on my pc and it says it's version 1.3. Steam is set to automatic high priority updates. Isn't it v 1.9 out right now? If someone can help me on where to find the update so I can dl it that would be awesome and you'd forever be my hero.

So I got a bunch of mods yesterday. Some being apachii, a few followers, etc. I was able to get to the showracemenu and after a few selections it would CTD. I've tried showracemenu alternative with no luck. So I went and disabled a couple of mods and now it gets to the logo screen and promptly shuts off. I've disable all mods (from the data screen of the game) and it seems to work fine now. I am running windows 8.1. Any help would be great. I really want these mods. I've also already done some cache mod (who's name eludes me) that's supposed to help but it doesn't.
