I would like to roleplay a character that is definitely not in his right mind. Voices, hallucinations, amnesia, etc. Is there a mod for that?

I originally installed the game in English, but wanted it to be in Spanish so I clicked The Gear Icon > Properties > Language on steam and changed it to Spanish (Spain). It worked, but afterwards my character's (who uses F4SE relying cosmetic mods) skin went black and her hair turned two weird shades of cyan. The "Mod config" menu appeared in the pause menu as "$Mod_config" and many other buttons and options associated with F4SE had that $ on them, too. The floating damage mod I had stopped working entirely, but the mod config still allowed me to select it and scroll through it. Changing it back to English did nothing. Verifying files showed one that didn't pass the inspection, but it would be reacquired. After being reacquired, F4SE still didn't work properly, but reinstalling it in English fixed it. While reinstalling in English put everything back to normal, reinstalling it in Spanish did not. I've seen various methods including playing with files used to switch languages, but I am apprehensive about them seeing as how I did what appears to be the safest method and many things completely broke. Will attach pictures of glitches if people are curious and ask for them.
