Which mod is causing my game to randomly CTD?

Thanks a lot, I'll watch the playlist and see if it help stops the CTD. It's a shame about Open Cities.. I really like that mod but I guess i'll disable it to lower the risk of CTD. -

Need to find out why my game lags in certain areas

During some quest sequences and events i get massive fps drop, I'm always above 60+ fps until it hits then it slowly drops the more I am near and then it remains laggy forever. I've even tried waiting 15+ mins and visiting new areas but the lag continues. Is there someway I can find out whats causing the lag? I've tried disabling all my mods and it still happens so I don't think its the mods.
