I've seen mods that replace the werewolf with things such as the Xenomorph from Alien, but there does not seem to be one that replaces the werewolf with a Primal Zerg from Starcraft.
There are various different types of Primal zerg, of course, but here are a couple of images I found of the types that I think *could* fit:

I know it would probably fit a bit more with Fallout, seeing as it's from Starcraft, but Skyrim has werewolves, Fallout doesn't.
