  1. One thing that concerns me with it being an XBox port is not the graphics, but the controls and interface. Normally with a console port (Morrowind wasn't Oblivion was) you get less information in the interface due to lack of resolution on TVs and controls designed for a controller tend to feel clunky with a mouse and keyboard or don't fully leverage the mouse and keyboard (Borderlands was really bad for this when it first came out, but some patching made it better but never really felt like a PC game). I just hope that they don't let it feel like a console port even if it is. Also if you listen to some of the commentary in the gameplay videos you can clearly hear the narrator saying "Press the left trigger for left hand and right trigger for the right hand." This does make me think that the controls will not be optimized for a mouse and keyboard, but rather an XBox controller, and I really hope that's not the case.
  2. No need to be a jerk; I googled it too and I found a lot of different results and most were pretty old (same when I searched this forum) and most were similar to yours, but I've seen different details on the graphics card and processor. As best as I can tell the results you posted were just peoples "best guess" and I was hoping for something more official by now. I haven't really been paying attention to Skyrim so far and wanted to make sure there wasn't some new update that I missed. And by the way the first result I found in a google search: Intel CPU - Celeron E3300 Dual-Core 2.5GHz AMD CPU - Athlon II X2 240 Nvidia GFX Card - GeForce GT 420 ATI GFX Card - Radeon HD 5670 512MB RAM (Memory) - 4 GB Hard Disk Space - 10 GB Direct X - 9 Just sayin
  3. I know this has been talked about before, but the last post I saw about it was from June. Does anyone know if the systems requirements have been firmed up? I'm looking to upgrade my computer a bit and I want to know if the upgrades I'm going to make will get me above the minimums. Thanks
