This all sounds great :). Just one suggestion: I would love a feature(maybe toggle-able in personal preferences) to automatically reset the abstain status of mods if it updates to a new version. The reasoning behind this is that I might be testing a mod and don't want to endorse it jet because it's not feature complete/ still has a lot of bugs. But if it gets updated and fixes it's issues I might forget to endorse it because I marked it abstained and don't get reminded to endorse.

In regards to what modding/indies can accomplish, might I remind of mighty Nehrim from sureAI ? I dare say it was better than the original game (Oblivion).
