So I can't seem to figure out which mod is doing it but I can get respawned and it takes some caps from me when I do.
When I get killed I go to a downed state like a companion and fade to black. I respawn in the nearest settlement and get fined 15 caps.
This is my modlist, I tested all the main potentional culprits but I keep respawning. I haven't done a complete reinstall though, id like to avoid that.
