  1. The Simple multiple followers main page has a ton of information on it. Did you follow the Troubleshooting section? When you uninstalled, did you select the uninstallNow option from the MCM menu first?
  2. Although uninstalling a mod often causes scripts to be left behind and a save game cleaner can help with that, I don't think that being able to play fullscreen has anything to do with that. According to the S.T.E.P. Wiki, you've missed a space character. I know, it's weird that some options have spaces in them. [DISPLAY] bFull Screen=1 Make sure that there's no line that says bFull Screen=0.
  3. "Download manually" simply means that you download the file through your browser (instead of NMM) and install it yourself. The big problem I see is that most of your mods are disabled. You have a bunch of "PC Exclusive Animation Path" mods enabled, but FNIS.esp is disabled. Go to the "Plugins" tab in NMM and enable these mods: dD - Realistic Ragdoll Force - Realistic.esp FNIS.esp XPMSE.esp You may also want to enable SkyUI.esp. Disable all of these: PC Exclusive Animation Path - 0 - Main.esp PC Exclusive Animation Path - Argonian.esp PC Exclusive Animation Path - Breton.esp PC Exclusive Animation Path - DarkElf.esp PC Exclusive Animation Path - HighElf.esp PC Exclusive Animation Path - Imperial.esp PC Exclusive Animation Path - Khajiit.esp PC Exclusive Animation Path - Nord.esp PC Exclusive Animation Path - ORC.esp PC Exclusive Animation Path - RedGuard.esp PC Exclusive Animation Path - WoodElf.esp Run GenerateFNISforUsers.exe and do this: - UNCHECK xp32's "PC Exclusive Animation Path" (PCEA) - CHECK "SKELETON Arm Fix" Click "Update FNIS Behavior". Run the game. --- If you really want to use PCEA, then enable all of the PCEA .esps, check the PCEA option in GenerateFNISforUsers.exe and click "Update FNIS Behavior".
  4. For one thing, navmeshes and meshes aren't the same thing. In a nutshell, navmeshes are used for pathfinding and meshes are 3D models. In general, it's not a good idea to mix Steam Workshop mods with NMM. It can be done, but you have to be very careful or you get the kind of problems like the ones you are experiencing. Missing meshes typically occur because of mods that you've uninstalled. Separate mods can modify the same file, and they can be modified differently. For instance, SMIM may modify a barrel to make it look better, but Animated Clutter may replace the barrel with a completely different model. It's up to you to decide what to overwrite. Sometimes it doesn't matter, but sometimes it might be important. You might ask for help from the various mod main pages on Nexus. NMM keeps track of what files are overwritten, and attempts to restore them as appropriate. In my previous example, let's say you installed Animated Clutter with NMM after SMIM and overwrote the files. If you later uninstall Animated Clutter, then it would restore the files from SMIM. However, if you try to uninstall a Steam Workshop mod instead, then it would simply delete them. NMM wouldn't know this and the files would be missing. If you know what files are missing and where they come from, then you can reinstall those mods in order to repair them. I don't use Wrye Bash, but if it's telling you that 5 mods are missing several meshes, then the first thing to try is to reinstall those 5 mods. If that doesn't work, then it may be time to start over.
  5. Some of your screenshots are identical links. The Nexus page for Relighting Skyrim says that it is not compatible with RLO or ELFX. Since RealVision is made for one or the other and you have RLO installed, I suggest disabling this. Skyrim Reloaded makes big changes to the Skyrim rendering, so I would try disabling that for now. I know that it says that it's compatible with ENB, but it also introduces effects like DoF, SMAA, etc. that are already done by RealVision. The doubling up of effects may be causing problems. Climatesof Tamriel - Weather Patch has not be updated for Climates of Tamriel 5.x. Some people say that it works fine, but I had problems when I tried to use it. I think I was getting CTDs, but it could have been something else causing it. Also, what does your enblocal.ini look like? Since you're using Windows 8.1, your VideoMemorySizeMb should be 3714.
  6. Go to the RealVision ENB page and click on Download (Manual). Download the optional file "Depth of Field Pack - take one of your choice". Open it and replace the .fx file in your Skyrim game directory with the one of your choice. I like Static DoF. It only blurs stuff in the distance.
  7. It's actually called T.A.Z Visual Overhaul. In Documents/My Games/Skyrim/SkyrimPrefs.ini, what is your fGamma set to? You might try setting it back to 1.0000 (if it isn't already). Does this happen if you disable TAZlighting.esp? Does this happen if you disable ENB (shift-F12)?
  8. The Game Of Thrones Adaptation Mod For Skyrim v4 page says that Winter Is Coming Cloaks and Apachii Hairs are required mods. With any mod, if any of the masters (required plugins) are missing, then it will crash at the Bethesda logo.
  9. If you already have the ID, then just look at the first two digits. e.g. 7A008A29 -> 7A. This corresponds to the load order. Then, just look up your load order in NMM, MO, LOOT, etc. If the load order is 00, then it's from the base game. If it's just a retexture, then this method won't work.
  10. This is fine. Basically, these are slots that Halofarm has reserved, but hasn't made a pose for yet.
  11. Just double-click the file in NMM. If there's an installer included, then NMM will run it automatically. The installer in the file "RSChildren - 1.1.0 Installer" is in a folder called "fomod". On the other hand, the "RSChildren - Main File UPDATE 070614" file does not have an installer. On some version of Windows (I'm using Windows 10), the installer pops up under the NMM main window. If a mod installation gets stuck at 50%, then look around for an install window.
  12. I've been bitten by this after uninstalling FNIS Creatures improperly. You need to run GenerateFNISforUsers.exe again. There's a button specifically for uninstalling FNIS Creatures called "De-Install Creatures". Press that in order to restore your creature animations. If you don't do that, then you get the "frozen animals" glitch.
  13. I don't know what armor it is, but that picture is from Pretty_Combat_Idles. Maybe you can ask dualsun (the mod author). He seems pretty active on the forums. BTW, Google Image Search is awesome. I just dragged your picture into the search box.
