Going to have to say my favorite spot in Cyrodiil has to be on The Orange Road, just halfway between Chorrol and Bruma there is a bridge that has an absolutely breathtaking view of Lake Rumare and The Heartlands. Even better at sunrise, with the majestic Imperial City as a center piece. Love this game!
