That's the order LOOT kept giving me. Is it better to move the plugins up or the patch down? -
Here is my list of 186 mods. There are occasional crashes but it is mostly stable. It took me about a month to trouble shoot this. Hope it saves people some time. I'm playing on Windows 7 home premium 64 bit 32gb ram FX8350 7970x2. I'm using the win7/win8 dll fix.

Missing map and quests from Pipboy

Turns out it was Precision Collision - Clutter. -
For some reason I can't bring up either the map or the quest list in the data section of the Pipboy. I have more map maker mod installed. Disabling it did not help. Suggestions?

I've finally revisited Fallout 3 after a long time. I have modded it and added the a 99 level uncapper. I've not exactly sure which work around I should use. These are the mods I been looking at but I don't know which combination I need.
