  1. Same. Just got everything downloaded and cleaned, darn it.
  2. We need a mod/compilation of mods that reintroduce the stealing and fencing mechanics from Skyrim, somewhat. Fix this weird bug where pickpocketing a sleeping person automatically puts them in detection mode. Remove chance to steal modifier from "heaps" (like a stash of 50 buffout) and make it apply to singular/smaller (so, if you want to steal 1 instead of 50) quantities. Reverse pickpocketing Syringer ammo poisons the target. Add store inventories to steal from. Seriously, where did those go? Remove the ability to willy-nilly steal and sell a gun back to the same person. Add fences with quests.Diamond City: Complete "Diamond City Blues." Henry Cooke or Paul Pembroke; conversely, Colette if she gets brought into it. Make her stay in Diamond City, incidentally.Goodneighbor (minor): Pass the speech check with KLEO, run the library mission for Daisy, and the two become fences with a somewhat not-so-nice upcharge. Goodneighbor (major): Complete The Big Dig by siding with Farenheit and Hancock. KLEO and Daisy are instructed to provide fencing services without the upcharge.Bunker Hill (minor): Clear the Training Yard and rescue the merchants. The Mayor will offer fencing services through Deb for a not-so-nice upcharge.Bunker Hill (major): Do the above and complete "Boston After Dark," Stockton will offer fencing services at Deb and Trashcan Carla with no upcharge. You get the gist. Eventually, I'd like to see quest perks somewhere in there.
  3. Like what? It's a secret.... But as a teaser, I want to redo the perks into more of a class-based roleplay archetypes. You'll choose things like Spy or Power Armor or Barbarian. And as the mod evolves, it will grow (hopefully) to effect every aspect of that play through. Really looking forward to that. About to start a new play through as a sneak thief/Batman that can't fight well. Really need perk rebalancing and alternate start. For me, pickpocketing needs to be somewhat changed towards a Skyrim system; value and weight have bearing. At its height, I'd like to see pickpocketing offer the chance to steal a character's melee weapon upon striking. "Sleight of Hand?" As for sneak, I can't stand the "no longer triggers" effects on the way to silent running (I actually use the mod that removes them).
  4. Any idea for what effects fits deathclaw claws?Deathclaw hand unique... Den Mother's Claw: get this by doing the somewhat "bad" ending for a certain quest involving returning a certain something to a certain place and killing the Deathclaw there. Totally ignores armor, causes incredibly high limb damage, and, if modded out, has a small chance to send the enemy flying.
  5. Exactly as I envisioned. The unmarked quest for the Xuanlong in FO3 still sits with me.
  6. As a quick note, whatever FWE/PN project is coming along is certainly going to include rebuilding the legendary system from the ground up, right? Does anyone have any thoughts? - I'd like to see actual unique weapons back in the game... that make sense. The Terrible Shotgun: modified double barrel; empties both barrels at the same time, reloads quickly. All-American: cleaned up Combat Rifle (chambered in 5.56, for goodness sake) with fantastic recoil control and starts with a unique accuracy bonus. Ol' Painless: .308 unique hunting rifle with huge range and limb damage bonus. Xuanlong: I'd imagine given to you after a certain quest involving the Chinese; new texture (maybe), large clip, great recoil and rate of fire. Like a Minigun for small arms character. Chambered in 7.62. Victory Rifle: .50cal rifle with extreme recoil and only three shots, 100% limb damage bonus or 100% armor penetration. Whatever works. ...you get the drift. The legendary system is utterly bjorked. Twoshotfriggin50calwhat. I know The Terrible Shotgun is already in the game, but between it and Justice I feel underwhelmed. Locations? Put Ol' Painless in the hands of the Raider leader of Libertalia; would make that an interesting challenge from his sniper perch. The Terrible Shotgun should be on one of the Gunner commanders in Quincy. All-American in one of the harder to get into army outposts, or possibly that one listening post associated with Danse. Victory Rifle = Absalom, all the way (or, perhaps, a rework of the Survivalist Rifle). - Incidentally, no more random legendary spawns. :pinch: "This gun is 25% more powerful!" "Why?" "Magic, Billy."
  7. It seems odd, thematically, I need so much Charisma to... be by myself. As part of an immersion overall (something like FWE/PN) Lone Wanderer should be the first perk with halved stat boost (perhaps more so).
  8. Given my complete lack of experience modding, I wonder if someone can get started on this? To me, Pipe Weapons (especially a handheld .308) are horribly immersion breaking. They look terrible, even when playing my survivalist/raider character, and generally don't do it for me (and, I think, a lot of people. So, briefly: Remove all pipe weapons and populate the spawns with more melee, 10mm, and hunting rifles. Especially melee; kinda weird we had a functional melee system for Skyrim and they didn't port much of it over for close-quarters metro Boston action. Anywho: yay.
  9. I did a somewhat good search to find a solution, but came up empty. - Is there a console command to make a settlement allied? Specifically, I'm doing an alternate start-ish run that I had planned to start from Warwick Homestead. So, any help? Basically, give me building rights to the workshop.
  10. Just give me a chargen/facegen editor or expanded preferences, for the love of Buddha. Anyone notice the "black" hair color... isn't?
  11. So, I recently stumbled across a perfect mod download/installation/play guide for Fallout 3 on the Steam forum. Really revolutionized my playthrough, and I had (idiotically?) considered myself well versed in mod installation and use. (Incidentally, here it is: http://steamcommunity.com/app/22370/discussions/0/828937546147175081/) Does such a thing exist for Skyrim? Not exactly sure how to go about searching for that forums. I have a Nvidia 690, so there isn't a lot that the game can throw at me I can't handle. ENB seem to give me issues and I feel like I'm doing something wrong. Anywho, thanks in advance. Edit - I found this: http://www.se7ensins.com/forums/threads/pc-ultimate-skyrim-mods-setup-thread-tutorial.1046511/ ...but, it's kind of mishmashed. Actually, crap, that works. Sigh.
  12. Resurrection! I've noticed something: altering the Timescale in the PN MCM freezes my game upon resting or waiting for 3+ hours. Odd or... odd?
  13. In complete noobish splendor, a clean game start fixed the issue. :3 http://img.pandawhale.com/post-33707-nothing-to-see-here-gif-please-BeZM.gif
