mine works now with only updating unofficial patch, racemenu and skse skse fix 2.0.15- re-enable crosshair ref hook (fixed underlying problem)- fixed Game.GetModByName, GetLightModByName crashing if a requested mod is not installed

f4se breaks everytime fallout4.exe gets changed which it just have with the new update, can take a while before a new version of f4se is out, so just run without it for now

sounds like your character is thirsty since u actually have to drink water in project nevada to get rid of dehydration and not heal yourself
