Tony the Wookies right, its really easy to use. hey, even i can do it (people hate my mods though(a lot(Really...)))... and there are loads of videos on youtube. the only thing i have trouble with are scripts and navmesh (god is hate navmesh so much, HELP!!!) so give it a go. get the GECK on: http://fallout.bethsoft.com/eng/downloads/geck.html i forgot how to do links so just copy this and put it in the search engine

what about a wig? why cant someone take the vanilla hair mesh and make it a wig? or modify it with nifscope? delete the scrunched up hair. and then use the wig as a hat? please reply

yeah, maybe... but what i really wanted was a hell lot more blood on the screen, as you can see the blood in the image only covers a little amount of space on the screen. the blood spilled is really good, but not enough on the screen. (im already using that mod^^)

I loved Gears of War, i love chainsawing locust and see all the blood on the screen, i loved that, but now i love fallout 3, but i dont love how little the amount of blood can be taken out from a person. what i request is more 'solid blood' and more 'detailed' blood, and more blood on the screen, it would be nice to have the screen full of blood and you have to wait a while until you could see again. :thanks:

how about: Crysis Gauss Rifle=Energy weapons Crysis TAC cannon=Big guns Crysis Alien Minigun=Big guns A gun with the meshe of a teddy bear but has a secret gun inside=small guns a gun that shoots mutilated body parts(?)=Medicine Skill and.... anything that shoot LASERS! (my opinion)

doesn't it work if you just put the effect of stealth boy, and make the magnitude to 0?

to 'pretend' you have a jetpack, download/make, a backpack with jet looking things, put it in teh game, use the console and type 'tcl' thats what i usually do, 'pretend' i have the mod. hehe

yeah, but who would waste their time making sumtin that is hard to control and completely unstable? Enclave? no, they are too pre-occupied with the BoS. BoS? no they're too pre-occupied with the supermutants and enclave remnants. Other mechanics? maybe. but! BUT! did skateboards exist in the 60s/ 80s? i like the idea though. sounds really fun!

it froze about 23 times!!!! ive had the patience, but it keeps crashing when i try to make the faces! but ive got the harbor done... ahh ill keep trying, once im done with the characters, ill put the mod in the fallout3nexus named 'Domination Nation WIP', then can sumone finish this? by the way, the harbor is located south-east of Rivet city

how about the power to control time?? huh? just like the prince of persia! its like if you fall off you can rescue you're self by using time travel! or slow time and see things in slow motion! or speed up time! that means faster deathclaws and faster bullets! bad azz! i know thats impossible to make, but an idea

What does feasible mean? i have started. ive came up with the harbor and the characters, all i need is to know how to add new maps, texturing, meshing(?), dialog, land creation, and animation making. can sum 1 help me?
