I'm having the same issue, would really appreciate if you could tell me how you fixed the problem. It is driving me crazy.

I just wanted to know if Ultimate Follower Overhaul will work with Interesting NPCs or if there is a patch needed. Didn't want to break my game if I tried to run them together. Thank You.
