I'm not "buying" a mod, because Otis_Inf is literally selling a free cam mod which according to the guideline of fan content, it is illegal to make mods for commercial use, so technically we should report this guy.

A free camera mod to fly around anywhere to take screen shots and footage ingame. A camera mod which can work in cutscenes and dialogue options. Maybe the ability to adjust time of day, freeze time , weather etc !
