  1. I used to be quite the mod connoisseur. My load order of esp's had to be over 200+, with almost 400 'mods' in mod organizer. I had everything from visual to gameplay mods, to Requiem (hard as nails) and all the compatibility patches I needed. Needless to say the game was stutterly, slow, and honestly I have no idea how i dealt with that. It looked stunning. All the time. But never went above 30 fps. I even upgraded rigs partially so I could explore my mod configuration better. I eventually got burnt out, and took a break from skyrim. Now I'm back, and the whole concept of going in updating and cleaning my load order seems like the ultimate chore. So I decided to get rid of all my esp's. Just went through MO and unchecked everything I knew was more than textures and meshes. The game still looks great, since I spent such a huge amount of time choosing my textures, and runs better than ever. It's so smooth I don't understand how I dealt with all those needless mods. I still use a handful of esp's including Realistic Water Two, Verdant, PerMa, SFO, and a few more. Oh and DynDOLOD by sheson is the best thing evar. What I'm getting at is if you are like how I was and obsessed with your load order / the graphics of the game / getting everything perfect. Just relax, try minimal combinations, and I think the experience is actually more enjoyable. I still use enb, and such. Basically all the bare essentials. Lighting mods help too. I use a combination of ELE, Natural Lighting and Atmospherics, and RLO. I hope this whole workshop debacle will blow over, and doesn't fragment the community
  2. Ok so google images is suggesting to me that weapons dont have a label in the top left, only armor. If this is true, i never noticed til now. feels stupid..
  3. So I have this weird problem ive never seen before. All my weapons are missing their type in the upper left corner. Armors are fine, but no weapons (one hand, bows, arrows) have their type. I tried: Reinstalling skyrim esm files (i use MO) Starting skyrim without any mods Checking bashed patch, merge patch, and requiem patch I feel as though since the problem persists without mods its a problem with the base game, but cant pinpoint whats causing this. Its a new game btw. Finally finished working on my load order and now this  Edit: Sorry but i dont know how to delete my double post

  5. Now that you mention it, proper load order would negate the need to do anything with TES5Edit. There are just so many esps I cant put them together in my head in regard to overwrites and masters, that would work definitely though. All I did was remove the image space and lighting template edits. RLO has cell edits which seemed to me to be hand placed lights so I didn't remove them. Does that mean they conflict? Edit: Im assuming no response means, the mighty Jawz thinks they conflict. I checked and changes def had to be made for the two to be used together the way i intend to. But seeing as no ones inquired it seems theres no need to share.
  6. So by way of TES5Edit voodoo, I managed to get RLO to work alongside ELE. The light sources of RLO with the lighting template and image spaces of ELE to be exact. On top of that I threw Natural Lighting & Atmospherics esp. After a lot of trial and error that weather mod seemed to create the most realistic lighting with ELE, RLO and UNBLEAK ENB performance. Tried Cot, with the patch, ELE weather, etc. I'm a long time RCRN user, and I thought it was the best. But this is most definitely more natural, and thanks to the RLO modules, the lighting is still very dramatic and not hyper realistic like all ELE modules. I haven't thoroughly tested on a playthrough, but after visiting a few different image spaces, I'd say its pretty compatible. Then I wondered if anyone else was interested in this. I'm no mod author, just a computer literate mod user who likes to edit the mods he uses for his own playthroughs. This is by far the most interesting edit I've comeup with tho. If your interested let me know below, and I will consider writing out a guide. (I don't think the guys behind the mods would like me tampering with their stuff and reouting it, but I cant see any problem in showing people how to get the best lighting I've used in game) And if showing people how is somehow wrong, let me know aswell so I don't go breaking rules I'm not aware of. I was 'inspired' by this: note: the video above is clearly using the lightbulb module of ELE, the exact module I replaced with RLO. I would assume that would mean the changes he made were different than mine. But they both look very nice
