Pretty straightforward request. Add a touch of fantasy whimsy to playthroughs. All I'm looking for is a solid rendition of Shadowmourne from Warcraft, even Frostmourne if anyone is up to it. If possible, and if able, one could ask johnskyrim if they can port his Shadowmourne over from Skyrim: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/12081 As far as upgrades are concerned, it would definitely stand to reason for it to do cryo damage, even bleeding, plasma and rad damage. I'd even be amused to see it unbalanced to give an unfair advantage, given the nature of the weapon. Acquisition could be purely through the chem lab rather than found anywhere in the map, but I'm not averse to it being given a place in the map; Glowing Sea is always a solid choice.

If I had the computer literacy and patience to do it, I'd try myself, but unfortunately I like those virtues. Ultimately, I'm a bit surprised nobody has done it already. In short: A quick tweak that makes the plasma shot fire as fast as a typical bullet

In short, the outfits, jewelry and/or hairstyle of Anna Henrietta from Witcher 3's Blood & Wine expansion. With a Touched By Dibella body option. I'm sure it'd be quite an undertaking, so I don't really expect it, just figured I'd throw the idea out there for any modders who're diehard fans of Witcher, since there's already mods adding armor and weapons from the series to Skyrim. https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/witcher/images/9/99/BaW_anarietta_outfits.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20180529044125

Quite simply, I've seen a couple of mods that change the drawn animation of 2h weapons to rest on the shoulder, but not while sheathed. Since actual 2h weapons cannot simply be sheathed across the back, I was hoping someone could change it so that when not drawn, the large weapons are held in a relaxed state, such as resting on the shoulder. For as long as I've played computer RPGs, the magnetic back cling has always bothered me.

If you become Thane of the holds, you can just pass it off as if the houses are owned by your housecarls. They spend all their time inside anyhow, so it's not as if them sticking to their beds in the side rooms is immersion breaking. That's how I play it.

Wow, I really just want this. Been looking for a frost spriggan model, this one is amazing. What is this from?

It'd be interesting to see done, though given the actual nuke that created the Glowing Sea didn't also level every building in nearby Boston as it reasonably should have, the sub nukes not laying waste to everything seems rather on par for the logic, or lack thereof.

One thing that's been bugging me a bit for the past few years is how, when engaged in dialogue, the camera is generally right in the character's face. I'd simply love a mod that keeps the camera zoomed out to show the whole body profile when they talk, namely in having the relevant characters in the shot shown conversing instead of jumping from face to face when shifting from one speaker to the next. Haven't found any mod that adds this option, so I figured I'd take my chances with a request.

Excavator Power Armor from Fallout 76
Bebinn replied to doomsday0525's topic in Fallout 4's Mod Ideas
This is the most flimsy strawman argument I've seen in a long time. You clearly don't get how laws work. You do realize people have been making mods left and right that recreate armor, weapons and otherwise from other Fallout games for FO4, right? It's no more illegal for someone to recreate the Excavator Power Armor from 76 for FO4 than it has been for people to recreate anything else from FO1/2/3/NV/etc. -
Exactly what the title says; the generic high elf quiver just doesn't mesh with my vampire character playthrough

Simply put, I'd enjoy it if there were a mod that made the auroras last all night long every single night. And with the added bonus of an option for longer nights, abiding by the idea that Skyrim's map is set later in the year. I know there's a calendar in-game that keeps on going, but obviously the day-night cycle doesn't change much at all (which typically the cycle would change more dramatically the further north one goes) and the weather doesn't alter, showcasing that the game was fixed in a perpetual state.

Thread rez Been a few years, haven't seen any bear themed weapons. Did the concept fall through?

The first mod just adds another rifle-like gun, while the second mod just alters the effectiveness of the Cryolator. What I'm looking for is a heavy gun (as in, held like the Minigun, Flamer, Gatling, etc.) that can simply rework the Cryolator's look into a bigger gun while providing greater effectiveness of a heavy gun. The main modifications for it I'd like is: a long, wide and powerful spray; the pellets of the second Cryolator modification, but fire in a straight line at a far distance akin to the minigun; and a more Gatling-like energy based option like the Cryolance mod.
-
Something simple; a cross between the Flamer/Gatling and Cryolator. Personally bugs me that the Cryolator is a rifle-type gun rather than a frosty counterpart to the Flamer. The main modification options I see being consistent with the Cryolater itself; a spray that acts like a "frostthrower" and the pellets firing in a straight line rapidly like a gatling gun.

Simply put, I was a bit miffed upon finding out after much trial and error that the ghoul cage in the Wasteland Workshop DLC didn't actually produce Glowing Ones. Understandable, I guess, given glowing ghouls behave differently than other glowing creatures, namely different from typical ghouls. That said, I would appreciate it if someone could make a cage option to specifically spawn the three variants of Glowing Ones (Normal, Putried and Bloated).

Be interesting, if the cars could be converted into seats and a prompt could let you begin the ride for a time. I'd like to see this, too.

Surprisingly, I've only found one Ghost Rider mod for FO4, and while it's some great effort, it does leave more to be desired. Particularly in separating parts of the outfit to be worn individually. My request is rather straightforward: A head item (preferably one which can be worn under helmets, with eyewear, etc.) which changes the head and neck of the character to a charred skull on fire. No other outfit pieces necessary. Something in the vein of this image.

Atomic Beauty Conversion for Handmaiden set
Bebinn replied to Bebinn's topic in Fallout 4's Mod Ideas
Well, I tried my hand at converting it myself. It didn't pan out whatsoever. No idea what I did wrong. So yeah, please, someone who does know what to do, be kind enough to provide a conversion for everyone else to use. -
Atomic Beauty Conversion for Handmaiden set

It takes 30 seconds if you know what to do, or after having gone through the tutorials and accounting for whether or not I actually know what's going on. Don't overestimate my intellect, it's deceptively low. I get that, which is generally why I try to request simple mods. I mostly don't care for something grandiose, just a slight alteration here or there that I imagine a seasoned modder would be able to do fairly easily and quickly. Very few of my requests have been anything of a challenge for modders (I made one request that would require new meshes and whatnot, but I'm not gonna hold my breath on that). But I'm not out to request someone build full scale Michael Bay Transformers to duke it out with destructible buildings. And trust me, I know many mod requests go undone. I've made a few, they've generally been ignored. I appreciate the tip, but I'm just too exhausted at the end of the day to wanna learn to do something other people already know and could do. If I had a background in a computer field that suddenly made modding quite easy for me, I'd just do it myself. Sadly, I'm a little too much a manual laborer to bother with it and in the process of moving to the other side of the country. Naturally I can't just lead with that in every request I make in the hopes that a modder would dedicate their time and effort to doing the little requests I have here and there, but I would hope that some modders are considerate enough to consider that some folks make simple requests because they aren't up to the task given real life obligations and the mental drain those tend to have on people not already familiar with the otherwise easy things skilled modders do. -
Atomic Beauty Conversion for Handmaiden set
Bebinn replied to Bebinn's topic in Fallout 4's Mod Ideas
Generally when I have free time, it's not spent learning to mod. I already spend a fair amount of time learning various things and doing some self taught stuff. When it comes down to sitting at a computer to enjoy a game like FO4, I don't feel inclined to learn the basics of modding. I'm too lazy to do it after all the things I already have to do in the rest of my life in a given day. Considering how many AB conversions there are for other sets, in particular every other Kite outfit, it amazes me that a popular set like Handmaiden would be left undone. It's easier if one person could convert and then post it for others to use to save them from having to learn to do it themselves; like me. Hence why I'm requesting it. No, it's not a massive effort for me to learn a bit of modding to just do it, but having to do so when I'm not very computer literate to begin with after spending my days learning other things, it's not very fun. That's typically why some mods exist: convenience for everyone else. One person can do a thing to benefit everybody. If it's so easy to do, then it'd be nice if someone who has already done it were to post it on Nexus already. Save folks like me some time. -
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/29348 Not much else to say, other than I'm really surprised this hasn't been done already, given how many of the other Kite outfits have been converted to AB, and as of late this is one of the only two which hasn't been removed from Nexus thus far.

https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/17847/ A wonderfully designed gun, but I'm more of a fan of blue lighting than red. Simply put, I'd like it if the red effects of the gun itself was changed to a bright blue, with the beam and ash corpse effect as well, resembling the Institute energy effects. Perhaps an additional component to allow for arcing beams. No other changes necessary, unless one wants to change the dark iron hue of the gun's metal components to a bright steel or titanium shade.

Nuka-Cola (and other) paintjobs for all Power Armor sets
Bebinn replied to Bebinn's topic in Fallout 4's Mod Ideas
Is there a way to just lock this thread? If people are just coming here to argue pointlessly and not do the requested mod, I'd rather it just be cut off. I'm hoping for a positive response, not a detracting argument. None of this is helping anything, the request or otherwise. One person made a stupid remark, that doesn't really merit turning this whole thing into an all out feud, because anyone who makes such remarks isn't going to be persuaded by longwinded explanations and biting retorts. Arguing with such a person makes you as petty as they are. End of discussion. If you're gonna do the mod, please say so. If you're not, don't comment. Don't turn this into a session of getting hardcore with the keyboard. Thank you to Jkruse05 for addressing the mod request. -
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52516/ In short, this mod converted to FO4. Here's some oversized image references.
