So this is probably one of the oddest requests of all time but would it be possible to get a mod that adds a public toilets/baths building to every town? This is always bothered me in the game. None of the houses have toilets and or baths. Where does everyone go to fulfill these needs?

I really like to read the in-game books. As I don't fast travel I would really love a mod that adds book shops to all the major cities in the game. Especially places like Windhelm and Dawnstar since I spend way more time in game on the eastern side of the map then the western side. Would be lovely to have one in Raven Rock as well. If not in every city maybe the more open ones like Dawnstar and Raven Rock? Just as long as I don't have to go to Solitude ever again for books I would consider that a victory.

This is something I have wanted for a very long time. Npcs end up buying the player homes in the vanilla game rather then the player owning a home in every city. I would be okay if it only happened after buying one of the vanilla homes. Another possibility is if none of the homes are for sale instead all the homes are already owned by new npcs. Would be nice to see them filled up rather then empty since I only use one player home a play through anyway. In Morrowind for the 3 player homes as soon as you built one the other two were built and npcs lived them meaning you only got one of the playerhomes. I loved that.

This might be a really strange request or not even possible. Is there a possibility of having npcs buy the vanilla homes that are for sale instead of the player or even already live in them at the start? The main reason I don't use player housing mods is because there is a bunch available already in vanilla. If npcs were taking them over instead I would start trying new modded homes. I also don't find it realistic that the player can go buy a home in every city. Surely there would be others trying to buy homes in the cities? Basically a few ways I thought this could go... Option 1: Game starts out with all the player houses occupied and furnished by new npcs. Option 2: Player buys a house and all the other homes for purchased are then occupied by npcs. Also able to build one of the three buildable homes and then the others would be built by others.(Basically this option would be what happened in Elder Scrolls 3 Morrowind.) Option 3: Player purchases a house and is able to sell it to other npcs later. I hope I am not the only person interested in a mod like this as I lack the modding abilities for this. The real estate mod I thought would allow something this but unfortunately does not. I personally think this would be a great mod for thief characters as well since it would be more houses they could rob.

Is there a mod that adds more Nords and only Nords to skyrim? I don't care if they are generic or not. Skyrim just feels weird to me about the lack of Nords despite being their homeland. I believe I read somewhere that only 38% of npcs in Vanilla are Nord.

I don't know if this mod exists but are there any mods that make buildings in cities part of the city worldspace so you can just walk into a shop without a loadscreen? Sort of like open cities but with buildings?

I agree with this thread. Where all the male nord followers? We need some big nordic guys with beards who drink a lot of mead. Followers like Inigo don't work for a stormcloak nord playthrough. We need more badass male nord followers.
