Apologies if someone is already working on a mod for her but I'd really like to see Koska (The female Mandalorian who accompanied Bo-Katan during their attack on Moff Gideon's cruiser; played by Mercedes Varnado) added as a replacer for either Han, Leia, or Phasma to the game. Her clothes and armor are nearly identical in shape to Bo-Katan in The Mandalorian, so all that would essentially need to be done is a recolor of an existing Bo-Katan mod.
