Hard to tell from the angle of the shot, but I think the gun the girl has is the H&K G-11, which is one of the guns included in FOOK. The weapons list says FOOK also adds an H&K G-11E, but I've never seen it in the game.

Do you have MMM installed? My memory is that the looting behavior is a component of that. If so, it maybe one of the things that you can turn off, just like the corpse flies are. If it isn't MMM, then it is FOOK. And if it is, I don't know how you'd turn it off. Hope that helps.
