The music box thing already exists. Just get one of the radio extenders. If you want the actual "box" like a GNR or Enclave radio, just copy that form and assign your new station to it the same as they already assigned GNR/Enclave. As for the vocal recognition of your custom name, while it is technically possible for a computer to sound out words, the results are not great, and would require a bit to implement. I would assume it would require patching the Fallout binary and/or some of the esm files, adding software/code for the pronouncing of words, and them linking it all together. If you look at Google's translate site, it doesn't even properly say a lot of words, and that was the Google team that made that. Whatever would be implemented in Fallout 3 would definitely not be of that quality.

I have seen some people say that Fallout 3 does not really support vehicles. This has already been disproven with the Chimera, Vertibird, Road Warrior, and Motorcycle mods. I know the Road Warrior vehicle is not finished, but it would be nice if there was a HMMWV mod which could maybe just be a reskin of one of those already existing mods. It would add to a modern theme, and make the game more realistic.

I have seen this request about a bit, but it would be nice if there was an M72 LAW, AT-4, and/or RPG-7 mod. I saw a video on YouTube which showed an RPG-7 demo, but the link to the mod was dead. I understand there are reloading animation issues. Someone suggested a fix to this would be using the Lincoln Repeater reload animation. The in-game missile launcher is great, but it does not fit a modern weapon theme. We have ACU/MARPAT gear, Berets, M4A1, M82A1, M249, etc., but no shoulder-fired missile launchers? Thanks =)
