  1. Welcome to Fallout 4. When it comes to modding the game I highly recommend to take your time. Maybe it's a good idea to play the unmodded game a while before you begin to mod. Doing so you can learn what you are missing or what be nice to have or what would be a qol mod for you. There is neither the one mod to make everything better nor the one collection. Every recommendation I could make would be a matter of personal taste and does not mean that you would like it, too. There are some mods I would consider "must haves", but still it's only my taste. So maybe it's a good idea to go through the category section here on nexus and look for things that you want to have in general. Graphics enhancements, weapons, clothing, settlement objects, game play, character creation, etc. It might also be a good idea to inform yourself about the so called next-gen update and it's consequences.
  2. I don't want to say something wrong about anyone, but one hint could be that rhumpunk also posts images and with less views even though the images can show girls in skimpy outfits . And now rhumpunk might believe that you are cheating in some way.
  3. Maybe the poster means that you use some kind of bots to manipulate the number of views. Your image is about 1 day old and has 2,3k views and "only" 4 endorsements. That's a bit odd. Not impossible, but maybe Nexus shows a wrong number of views. "I guess they saw how many views your image have (2.3k) and they think you have used bots to get that many views." Oops two people one thought.
  4. Perhaps this one. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/50735 But again, I don't use it myself so I don't know. Also there might be one bug. It seems that there once was a mod called "The wizardly Project" , but this one is not available any more as far as I can see.
  5. I don't know whether this is what you are lokking for as I am not using them myself, but these mods add magic/ spells: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/24409 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/52112
  6. I experience the same. So to avoid headaches from crashing vertibirds it seems best to kill the enemies before the vertibird goes down or seek shelter or go away and let them settle their disagreements alone.
  7. I don't know whether this helps, but you find the presets and values in the CK under "Character Gen Morphs".
  8. I can only speak for myself and I will not upgrade until I am forced to. There are still very important mods for me that aren't upgraded, yet and perhaps will never be. If you decide to stay on pre next-gen at some point you might need this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/81859. You might upgrade, but should check whether the f4se dependent mods that are important for you are upgraded. In any case I would highly recommend to make an actual copy of your entire game folder before.
  9. I don't know whether this is what you are searching for, but under Actor\Character Gen Parts you find settings for skin tone, skin complexion, etc. for named NPCs in the CK.
  10. Missing workshop menus sometimes happen through uninstallation of a workshop mod. You could try this one to get the missing entry back: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22205 and follow the description.
  11. I don't believe that the problem is within the Fallout4.esm. The last of your files mentions the skeleton.nif and physics. So in case you don't have any mods that base on a special skeleton (like Fusion Girl) you could try to rename the skeleton.nif in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\meshes\actors\character\characterassets" to something else, disable the "HighFPSPhysicsFix" and cap the framerate to 60 fps again. The game will now use the vanilla skeleton. You mention mods that you installed and afterwards experienced the crashes. So it would be worth a try to disable these mods again.
  12. There are tons of such mods for the female face and body. I would recommend to search for presets here on nexus and go through the requirements. That will give you a good survey of mods. Besides the hairstyles for many parts more than mod exists. Like eyes, teeth, eye lashes, haircolor etc.
  13. I could image that a mod that prevents attacks prevents them all, but maybe there is an adjustable mod for this. In my eyes a very good attack mod is this one: https://www.mediafire.com/file/4ibjnbfpl4tv0uk/More_Attackers_-_Get_Off_My_Buildzone-27465-1-1-7.7z/file It has a ton of adjustments. E.g. the time between attacks, who attacks, how many, etc. and let's attackers spawn outside the settlements. But I believe that you have to disable mods that prevent attacks. And as always a savegame before trying such a mod is mandatory.
  14. The first thing you could do is to right click on your Fallout4.exe and on properties -> Details. There you find the game version. If it's not 1.10.163.0 the downgrade went wrong. The downgrader you used has it's own exe through which the process is started, but you should be aware that it installs additional content. If you want a cleaner install you could use this: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/81630?tab=files and downgrade to the english pre next-gen version. Do not use Vortex or another mod manager so far. This downgrader is started through it's own exe, too. After downgrade you could check the game version again and if it's 163 you should be able to install FOLON. After install and before you play you will most likely need this: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/81859. This one can be installed though a mod manager. At last you should take the ini files coming with FOLON and copy them to ....\Documents\My Games\ Fallout 4. FOLON is started through the f4se_loader.exe in your game folder (where the Fallout4.exe is). If you don't run into sometimes reported difficulties with the Creation Club Content you should be ready to go.
  15. This looks like damaged precombines. The reason might be mods you use. Whether downgrading can be responsilble I don't know. You could look at this and try to repair the precombines: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/46403
