  1. Sorted now. Vortex informed me that I was missing f4se files. I installed them and everything seems fine
  2. It's sorted now. I deleted the line from Fallout4Prefs but don't know if it helped but when starting up Vortex it informed me that the f4se files were not installed. I installed them and everything seems fine
  3. I remember playing Fallout 4 when it first came out on PS4 and enjoyed it and is one of the best games I have ever played. I now only use PC with Ryzen 7 3800X processor, RTX 2060 Super graphics card, 16GB RAM and found some mods in Nexus that would enhance the graphics to next-gen. So, I installed and enabled two mods, xVivid Fallout - All in One - 2k, and Lowered Weapons 1.1. There is one plugin which has also been enabled. Loading up the game and the mods don't work. Now going back a bit, I watched some youtube videos on setting up mod management but at the time I did not know that Vortex is the current mod management application and the youtube videos were covering NMM (the old mod management application). To use NMM, some lines had to be added to two configuration ini files. These lines are still present on my PC. Do these lines still have to be added when using Vortex? Could this be the reason why the mods are not working?
  4. There is a similar post started by someone else but the replies stopped with no help and I'm worried my problem may not be seen. I am playing Fallout 4 and trying to use 2 mods - Lowered Weapons 1.1 and xVivid Fallout - All in One - 2k. Both do not work I've tried disabling them to see if there is a difference and there is none. Both mods are enabled and one plugin is enabled too. Mod deployment is Hardlink There is one thing that might be creating the problem but haven't tried to see if it is: Before installing Vortex I watched a youtube video on setting up the old manager NMM and it showed you had to add lines to Fallout4Prefs.ini and Fallout4Custom.ini. I have added these lines. Do these lines still have to exist for Vortex?
  5. I'm having same problem. Version: 1.1.3.22 The mods are in the same directory as the game All mods and plugins are enabled Deployment method is Hardlink
