I AM BEGGING CAN SOMEONE PLEASE MAKE THIS IT HAS BEEN YEARS THIS IS ALL I WANT i cant find any other mod like it

i am BEGGING for someone to make a mod that makes the ragdolls flexible like this

back on console the ragdolls were fun and a bit animated but on pc they just become heavy stiff and fall very fast like sunset overdrive if anyone could fix this it would be very appreciated.

is there a way to do this manually because if i can i would love to do it without bugging other mod authors take this video for example
