I never saw any mods even similar to this, but here goes. Basically, I'd like a mod that replaces the master spells (and one or two perks) with these gems. Let me know if any of this is doable or just a pipe dream. Master Fire Spell: Bolt Cannon Base Effects: Each fireball deals 80 base damage, with an area of effect explosion slightly smaller than that of the Fireball spell, and a 50% chance to stun affected targets. One-handed: While charging in first person, the hand faces palm towards you, fingers slightly bent & evenly spaced, and small (seriously, really small) fireballs appear one by one floating at the end of each finger on the hand, not quite touching the fingers. When the attack button is released, that hand is thrust forward, and however many fireballs have charged are rapidly launched one by one, moving at 2.5x the speed of a Firebolt. The fireballs themselves each make an explosion a little smaller than the normal Fireball spell, dealing a base damage of 80 each. Dual-Cast: Both arms cross at the wrists as all 10 fingers charge the same kind of fireballs. When released, the arms swing their respective directions (left swings down & left, right swings down and right), spraying the 10 fireballs at the ground all around the caster. Master Frost Spell: Blizzard Wraith Base Effects: Area of effect around the caster deals 150 base physical damage and 150 base frost & stamina damage. All targets are pushed 30-50 feet away from the caster, with a 60% chance of being knocked off their feet (as Fus Ro Dah will do). Dual-Cast only: The caster draws both hands back while charging, with the same casting time as most destruction spells such as Ice Spear or Firebolt. When released, the caster thrusts both hands onto the ground, and large spikes of ice shoot out from the ground at their feet, dealing the effects listed above. The appearance is similar to the persistent ice spikes left on the ground by an Ice Wraith's attacks, but much larger. The spikes stay in place for 1.5 seconds before shattering, causing an additional 50 points of frost damage and stunning any enemies within 50 feet of the caster. The caster must wait for the ice spikes to shatter before he can cast it again. Master Shock Spell: Thunder Nexus One-handed: On release, lightning bolts propagate out to hit every hostile target (spell WILL NOT affect friendly units!) within 80 feet of the caster for 200 base shock damage and 100 base magicka damage. Dual-Cast: Longer charge time & more magicka & damage than a one-handed cast, and 1 second after striking, each bolt will detonate inside its target (with the same but smaller visual effect used for the Storm Atronach's AoE attack), dealing an additional 50 points of damage and stunning the target. Destruction Perk: Intense Flames Instead of running away when their health is low, enemies vulnerable to fire that are hit by Firebolt, Fire Rune, Fireball, Incinerate, or Bolt Cannon have a 5% chance to instantly die in a burst of flames (the same effect that happens when a flame atronach dies), and their body turns into a Burnt Corpse on the ground. Will only work on humanoid targets (men and mer) that are not marked as quest essential. Casting cost and charge times, as well as whether or not moving is allowed during casting can be decided for each individual spell, to keep things balanced. Obviously each spell has strengths and weaknesses and would be meant for different situations; Bolt Cannon for sheer destructive power and Blizzard Wraith for when you're surrounded by a large group of enemies, but if there are friendlies around as well, or if you're fighting mages, Thunder Nexus is the best choice. Or it would be, if making these spells was possible. Is it?
