Perhaps you overlooked something? keep in mind there are other folders that do not say Vortex...they start with the letter B You want to go conspiracy theory, that's on you, but ME, I would assume it was a missed file that is indexing past files. Then again I pay attention to anything that has installed, by date, and make note for future references, because, like you, I had reoccuring data that I SWORE was a sign of intrusion, only to find out ...and this was a few years ago, that the documents file has data Not saying your issue is as innocuous, but I am saying it's far easier to point a finger forward than back

Not sure if you fixed this...last year, but I had the same issue today after installing it as well as Apocolypse. I disabled apocolypse and it booted with no issue. unsure as to the WHY that happened but it was a direct 1,2,fix issue, so there is something between the 2 :)
