please im useless when it comes to programing and dunno how to get programs running for ueveiwer and the other programs can some one just help me and make an easy outfit mesh editor

will we ever be able to mod by simply install with vortex and good to go? I am so disappointed with starfield modding honestly have no idea how to use text plugin or configure if the mod is esm or what ever else it could be, i wish it was as simple as fallout 4 just download with vortex and its done and not jump through hoops and get confused on wtf am i doing wrong
