  1. I have the same issue. Today when I updated Vortex, I suddenly had all these notes saying That No Metadata could be found for this plugin. It seems to be affecting all types of plugins. I don't know much about loot as I have only used it through Vortex. Almost all "groups" changed to default. I haven't noticed any issues with the load order, but I haven't tried to sort anything today.
  2. I am getting a warning from Vortex that many of my files are in two folders. This is for Fallout 4. This is what it says: The folder file with hashes f5746510fb7499db and 30565af0bbb68c667 in G:\Steam Library\Steamapps\common\Fallout4\Data\workshopframework_scriptoverride-Man.ba2 are present in another BSA. It goes on to list this warning for all of my plugins. I searched my files and I have Workshopframework_ScriptOverride-Main.ba2 in my steam library and in my vortex mods folder. I just need to know if this is a problem and should I delete the duplicate files or just leave it be. Thank you,
  3. I tried searching for this topic but couldn't find anything, I also looked in the FAQ's. I just discovered the diagnostic files on Vortex and am showing a warning. Is there something I should be doing with this report? My game has started crashing during play and there isn't anything specific I am doing at the time. Also, the game I am playing in Fallout 4.
  4. Sorry, I've been chatting on the SS2 for Fallout 4 and forgot this is a different sight. Thank you for the responses.
  5. I just wanted to say that being new to this mod manager thing, I am finding Vortex very user friendly and so far, haven't had any issues. It is so easy I think I've already added over 200 mods. Previously I was on Xbox and that was a nightmare. Everyone had different advice on how my load order should look. And I was totally confused. (Mayve I'm just easily confused. Who knows?) I was wondering one thing about the updates for mods. When updating I have a drop-down menu with the different versions, should I delete the old ones or just leave them? Not sure if this is the right place to ask but I couldn't find anything about this in the forums.
  6. I would, but right now it is working as a book end. And a new book end would probably cost more.

    New here

Howdy! Welcome to the site, I am new here also and thought I would greet another newbie. Have fun, I have already downloaded over 150 mods for my game. Nexus makes it so easy with Vortex.
  8. Howdy, it's nice to know someone is out there. I wasn't aware that there were mods available for Oblivion, I'll have to check them out and maybe play the game again.
  9. I agree it is more a collector's item. I usually end up with about 40 sets decorating the Red Rocket but use it very rarely.
  10. So I think I figured out how to post to start this rather than hijacking someone else's post. I am very new to all this media but have been modding Fallout 4 and Skyrim on Xbox for a while, I have just switched over to PC so my game wouldn't crash all the time and I could add more mods. A very big thank you to everyone out there that makes these mods. It is fantastic that people take their time to make something and share it with others that increases the enjoyment from playing the games. (not sure if anyone will actually see this,)
