  1. I'm having an issue with my saves constantly being corrupted and dialogue gets cut off or is missing. I don't know how to pinpoint exactly what mod is causing havoc. I installed SKSE engine fixes and also this mod, https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/108069, and it's still crashing. Can someone please help me with this issue? I'm running Skyrim Anniversary Edition. Below is my load order, (NSFW) because "Oldrim" is boring Thank you in advance! Edit: Fixed but not really.
  2. Update- Fixed: For anyone else who likes to backup their files. Make sure you don't copy a "copy" of your Data/mods folder to the game folder itself. Keep your "/data/mods" folder separate from the folder containing "SkyrimSE.exe" file and let Vortex do the manual work of installing folders and such. Again, don't manually copy and paste a folder to the NEW drive the game is installed on from a previous drive if you copy a backup folder of steam files and games to paste to the NEW drive. *Hopefully that makes sense* A lot of trial and error with this (new to me) issue, thankfully I didn't lose anything. Hopefully the next person who reads this error post, *should they run into the same issue*, can happily go back to playing Skyrim.
  3. Hi everyone, I have an issue.. So, I noticed my drive was getting too full with mods and I needed more space so I switched over all my mods and Skyrim itself to a new drive.. I got all my mods set up in the new drive, corrected dependencies etc. but this error keeps popping up when I click on SKSE to launch through vortex. I've check the folder itself and Skyrim SE.exe is clearly in my game folder along with SKSE64... Can anyone tell me how to fix this? I've tried to google it but all I find is a bunch of jibberish that I don't understand lol. Hopefully it's an easy fix. Thanks in advance!
  4. Okay, I'll try.... Bodyslide is a tool to customize bodies in game. It can do this for male and female bodies alike, depending on what body replacers you have installed and what files you choose to build. Bodyslide can not only customize bodies, but it can also "fit" armors, which support bodyslide, to your custom body. That's basically what the "batch build" button does: You can use it to adapt multiple armors or clothes to your body of choice at a time. The "Create morphs" checkbox should be checked, if you want to edit your body further in Racemenu. Now to the checkbox you mentioned: The Vanilla game doesn't make a difference between player and NPC bodies. There is just one female body mesh and one male body mesh, that are used for player and NPCs alike. The default location for these meshes is Skyrim SE/data/meshes/actors/character/character assets. As long as the checkbox is checked, Bodyslide will build body meshes into that directory. This means, the body you created in bodyslide, will be given to all NPCs - and also the player, unless you have a "unique player mod". If you don't want to (re)build these meshes, uncheck the checkbox. "Unique player" mods make the whole thing a bit more complicated: They use separate file paths for the meshes and textures of the player character. This way, your player character can have a different skin and a different body than NPCs. Most "unique player" mods have a bodyslide entry of their own. So, if you want to customize your player character's body, you have to choose something like "unique player female" in the upper left corner, adjust the sliders as you want and hit the "create" button. I'm not using "unique player" mods myself, so I don't know the details. Refer to the description page of the mod you're using. If you want more info on Bodyslide, look at their description page. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/201 There are links to further instructions, they even have a video guide. I'll do some more research/ testing and use all the sources you've given me. I don't want to keep bothering you about the same issue lol. You've been a tremendous help and I really appreciate all of your tips, advice and suggestions. Thank you
  5. Hi, everyone. So, I'm new to modding and I'm having issues with using Add Item Menu and there's a specific mod that I downloaded that requires me to use Add Item Menu in order to get the clothing/armor. This is the issue: Everytime I open Add Item Menu, the game freezes until I press escape on my keyboard. When I use the search function, it does bring up the box to search, but after I hit enter, it does the same thing. Freezes until I press escape. I downloaded the Special Edition UIExtensions but it's still not working. Advice, solutions and help are greatly appreciated. Edit: Solved. I was missing a plugin.
  6. Yes, I did create my own body. I'm sorry for not understanding all of this lol I'm semi-new to modding. I just download a bunch of mods at a time and hope it works not really understanding the technical aspect of it all. But yes, I did create my own body but disabling Touched By Dibella reverts the body back to my old created body.. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with bodyslide and me not understanding how to batch build etc. There's even a checkbox that says, "Meshes/actor/ character / Character/ Character Assets/ FemaleBody_0.nif and FemaleBody_1.nif" which I have no clue what it means. Thanks to everyone for continuing to give me advice and help with links to videos etc. I tried Reddit and other forums but they were all toxic
  7. It worked but for some reason, uninstalling touched by dibella and inverted nipples, then making sure CBBE 3BA loaded after everything reverted my character back to a past body design.. Do npc replacers count as body replacers as well? Because I have all the packs from ColdSun's World NPC Replacer's installed, as well as other NPC replacer mods. The physics worked after uninstalling Touched By Dibella and Inverted Nipples but my body for NPC was replaced with a past design.. :pinch:
  8. @Algabar I found some conflicting files in Nexus but I can't figure out how to fix them, could you explain how to fix these from conflicting with one another or point me to a video with an in depth explanation?
  9. @Algabar Okay, so I did what you said. I was using UniquePlayer instead of CBBE 3BBB Body Amazing. I got it to work a little bit I think, but it's not the best jiggle physics. The Json Load error still keeps popping up and I inspected everything to make sure I updated and am using the right version but it's still giving me the error message. On the next page are some screenshots of the problems I'm having with Nexus and files..
  10. Thanks for all of your help, but I'm still having the same issues. I have the latest update for papyrus installed but I still get the error message stating that the Json load file failed. I just can't seem to get the physics to work with my character. The physics work with all of my followers but just not mine. Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
  11. I'm having the same issue. What do you mean by updating to the latest papyrus?
