Do you change it to unlisted after the upload or before?

Is it possible to somehow create like a collection but only for a friend so he has your modpack. Ive tried looking in creating a collection but my modpack has some nsfw and paid mods in it that i only want to share with a friend of mine. So basically is it possible to create a kind private collection of some sort?
