Thanks for the video, I may give it another try once I'm feeling up to it! I believe that the two floors are separate interiors with the elevators serving to hide a load screen. I did manage to make the first level a settlement, but the second floor (one that really needs to be a full settlement) was totally bugged out....the whole thing was a ctd waiting to happen. The landlord thing is cool, I'd charge Preston 1000 caps a week :cool: But i really liked the Idea of using it as a large workshop/power armour storage zone.

Hi all! anyone out there with the skills to convert the neon flats creation club workshop to a full settlement? I tried myself following a tutorial created by the talented onnipajumaki (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/38008) however the results were.....less than satisfactory. I find it particularly irritating that the mod includes an empty second floor without the ability to place any structures inside (walls etc). not to mention the fact that I cannot send any followers there when not in use. Anyone willing to help out a creation kit noob? Thanks in advance!
