I was using NMM to link to the page on Nexus mods, so I could download the mod in the files tab. I was using NMM to facilitate those mods that needed to be updated in the mods tab. I already have NMM installed, Version 0.65.2. I don't know where you are in the world but I have to get to bed before all hell breaks loose. Thank-you for spending your time helping. Needs must. The specific error message that i got was an "Application not found". If you want further details, I will provide them, but it's a long HTTP address.

So, have uninstalled Vortex, and now I get a repeated error message that stops the download. Deep sigh. And here I was thinking these things could be simple, wrong.

Am I blocked from this thread?

@rmm200 I have been trying to by Nexus , but the site doesn't recognise I'm using NMM, not Vortex.

Hey Guys, I've been playing Bethesda games since, :pinch: Daggerfall, I've been modding my games since Morrowind, using various different Mod organisers. I stuck with NMM as it was simple and easy to work with. Now arrives Vortex. WTF are you guys playing at? I'm not tech savvy. I was once a front-end programmer and good at my job as I could determine how much a casual user could assimilate, before phasing out. What you've created here is a MONSTER. Nomal players do not need more than half the information you are providing them. I can't even work out how to disable vortex downloading mods even though I'm using the old NMM. You really need to address this issue or you are gonna loose lots of people looking to a uncomplicated Mod Manager. If you tie your Mod Manager to your site you are gonna loose lots of people. I supported you becoming a Premier Member, please don't let me down, otherwise my footfalls will be nowhere near your site and my vocal accolate will be against this site. Hey, Am looking for a working Vampire mod. I have SKSE64 2.0.4 working okay, well, no problems so far. I've tried Better Vampires and Sacrsanct but they either do not work, potatoe head the children, or I get scrpt errors. Can anyone help please?

They did exactly the same with Skyrim. Why can't they just leave the games alone and let modders do the upgrades?

Have deleted the game. Too much effort needed to correct the game to my standards. May come back to it at future date. It has really, really annoyed me. I really loved this game.

Am trying to play the game with the new high-rez addon. Have they really broken the game that a large amount of the add-ons no longer work? Dark face bug, Presets don't work. Looks menu doesn't work properly. It's a crying shame!

Everything is wrong. Today's society is driven by greed. A need for Mamon, material things. Everything is geared up for a wastefull society. Capitalism as we have experienced it over the years has failed us, the unwashed majority. I hope that this economic crisis creates a level playing-field. Those greedy few at the top have a long way to fall. I'll stand back and watch them- with a smile on my face -as they succum to their enevitable failures.
