Blaspheme

Well, I already have that mod and it's a good mod, but not what I was looking for. I'm refering to something like this: Notice the character is on the bottom left of the screen, rather than right in the middle like oblivion. It's what I'm looking for.

I've been playing Oblivion for a while and was wondering if the chase camera could be repositioned, like over the shoulder? I'm talking about he sort of camera style you would see in most modern third person shooters (Ghost Recon, Gears of War, Dark Sector, etc.)
