  1. Simple answer is: You can't. A 1080p monitor cannot display images in 4K 1080p = HD (High Definition) 4K = UHD (Ultra High Definition) So the maximum resolution that can be displayed by a 1080p screen is 1080p, and not 4K. However, just because your monitor can't display more than 1080p resolution, doesn't mean your graphics card cannot. But your computer detects the screen resolution that you are connected to, and runs accordingly.
  2. Thanks showler for your help. Much appreciated! :smile: :thumbsup: I have redownloaded and reinstalled each of the mods. As you can see, two are fixed, but there were no options with any of the installers for the remaining mods. Also, LOOT keeps telling me that the Soljund's Sinkhole patch isn't enabled, but it is! (Stoopid LOOT) So if anyone knows where to find the patches I still need: Lanterns of Skyrim II - SMIM Immersive Fort Dawnguard - PCE Immersive Fort DG - SFCO Immersive Fort DG - WACCF I would be very grateful.

  4. Hey all, I am trying to locate patches for some mods, but cannot seem to find any of them. Yes, I have searched and looked at the relevant mod pages, and as many of the patch hubs that I could find, so I am asking if anyone knows where to find them. Excepts from LOOT follows (not many).   5. Hi all. I've been trying to fix this, and I can't seem to do it, so I am hoping someone out there can help. LOOT gives me the following error message: Cyclic interaction detected: ELFX Enhancer - Realistic Water Two patch.esp --[Group]-> Water for ENB (Shades of Skyrim).esp --[Master]-> Water for ENB - Patch - Rudy ENB.esp --[Group]-> RealisticWaterTwo.esp --[Master]-> ELFX Enhancer - Realistic Water Two patch.esp I have tried moving esps (doesn't make a difference), checking for requirements & dependancies on the mod pages (none are listed), so I am stuck. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated. TIA EDIT: Important Tip. Always read the instructions!! I missed the red text (because I find it hard to read red text on black background) that said Water for ENB was incompatible with most water mods (like Realistic Water 2). D'oh. Deleted RWT and problem solved.
  6. I have a very annoying issue: Most vanilla animations are failing to work. I have noticed so far:- - Book covers & pages not turning (stops you getting some clues) - Notes and signs not being added to inventory for reading when "picking" up - Puzzle pillars not turning - Levers not moving - Pull chains not activating gates / traps - Swing blade traps and spiked gate traps not working - Placing of items on displays failing (eg: Golden Claw not being placed - so I assume this will affect anything displayed) - Claw puzzle doors not working (the icon wheels won't turn), and a claw is visible in the "lock" Note that the sounds of things working is still there. (The trap failure is nice, but game breaking). Many of these issues were discovered in Bleak Falls Barrow. (The Pillar Puzzle here still triggers the poison arrows, as the pillars are still set incorrectly.) Still early into my first "working" playthrough since AE began (had to upgrade computer to cope with all the CC content added) I also have a very heavy mod list, with DAR and Nemesis running. All DAR animations appear to be working fine. Any help is appreciated, as I am only a mod user, not a mod creator (you guys are awesome).   7. No, yes, maybe... Although yes, it's possible, another mod is likely not the cause. The actual *cause* is most often a failed reset following certain flavors of action or interaction. TAI is set to OFF by the game when you enter certain interactions with other NPCs.When the interaction is complete, TAI is turned back on by the game as part of the concluding "cleanup"If that sequence is interrupted, for instance, by a "third" party crashing the scene (ex: a troll or dragon or whatever attacks after you've been defeated by a bandit, who is now deciding your fate) it can leave you stuck with TAI off, or some player controls off, (Pan, zoom., movement, whatever), etc. or some combo thereof.Granted, a mod could be the source of your issues, (might very well have been in this case) but remember that any time your "rights" are suspended during an interaction, if it is forcibly interrupted, it can break the cleanup sequence code and result in this condition. glad you got things fixed Actually, once the MCM finishes updating, I can still open things. But after I Fast Travel, this "interrupt" occurs. So far, the only thing that is blocked is Open (Door, Chest, etc). And I have yet to find a fix.
  8. Thanks anjenthedog. I went back to an earlier save, and it worked until the MCM etc. had fully loaded, and then it stopped. I tried your first suggestion, and yeah, your suspicions were spot on. So it looks like an added mod is gumming it up, so I will have to go through the added mods one at a time to see what is causing it. Again, thanks for your suggestion, It was much appreciated.
  9. Hey guys. I have just discovered that pressing E (or any other key I map to Activate) does nothing when I try to open an unlocked door or chest. I can talk to people, and pick up objects just fine. But when it comes to doors and chests, nothing. I am using a heavily modded game, and I have verified my main files through Steam to see if that makes a difference (it didn't). So apart from going through testing by disabling one mod at a time until I find the offending mod, does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks in advance. (I can't play until I solve this, as I can't store items!) EDIT: I have discovered that this only happens AFTER I Fast Travel - ie: After loading from an earlier save, I can open chests and doors as per normal. But after a Fast Travel, the problem appears.
