Don't know what it was, Don't know if was related. But i formated my pc for other motives and the issue resolved itself. Im downloading at full speed on CDN now.

Hi, i'm having the same problem it seems. The download simply crashes, or rather, stops, i have to click retry and then it starts all over again from 0%. I'm having this problem with Skyland AIO for SSE and Cleaned Skyrim SE Textures (the Kart_CSSET_Overwrite file) wich are pretty big files. Sorry for bad english :P
