Site is now working as intended.

I also use Telstra, home ADSL2+, the site loads excruciatingly slowly and only bare bones if that. Has not worked on any browsers I have tried unless I use a proxy then it works fine but also if I load the site on my mobile phone connected to the home internet via wifi it works fine. It's been like this for a few days now.
