Chances are you will find SOMETHING you want to change, which mods allow you to do. It's all personal preference which is why all of us are thankful for the capability to mod Bethesda games.

I'll never buy a bethesda game on console again....ever. They make their games way too modder friendly to use on the special-ed consoles.

I believe I heard Todd say on the podcast that he looked into it, but he doesn't believe the technology is there yet (not saying he will ever use Kinect or w.e). I doubt any games that require complex actions will have Kinect for a very long time.

Thanks for the encouragement I appreciate the support. I've made a few minor mods for personal use before, but I will try not to be hard on myself.... (gets difficult with a perfectionist personality) and having something to scrawl on while I'm thinking is a great suggestion because I always have too many xD. Haha I might take a look at Fook's site, but reverse engineering would be the way to go I think. Unless someone has come out with an uber scripting tut I'm not going to waste 40+ hours trying to learn something that I will use sparingly.

I don't remember any articles explaining if there would be any random events like in Fallout 3. It would make the game much more interesting to have some less intrusive random events spawn in game while adventuring. Located below are some RE suggestions: Broken down merchant caravans. Random Dragon encounter. Bandit Ambush/Dark Brotherhood Ambush. Some guy falling out of the sky with an overpowered Acrobatics Scroll. Environmental Events (Avalanche?) would probably eat up resources T.T Getting pickpocketed in towns Getting mugged in towns Bar fights while in bars Finding Murder Victim/Suicide Attack by Adoring Fan Any other ideas, (serious or silly) add them below!

You can do so much more with the PC I don't understand how you can play such moddable games on a console.

You have some very good advice I appreciate it a lot... and it's going to be more comedic than serious so I won't really worry about why they're there but it gives me another idea.... Anyways is there any way to set a sort of hidden "switch" for the AI packages? Not something like "Continue if Player Near" but maybe something like an actual script that tells the NPCs when to go? I ask this because I'm not sure how you would set the delay certain packages after others. Like I said, I am incrementalizing the scenes so the packages do not all have to flow with each other but a "switch" of sorts could help with the recording.

I could try it too, but let me know how it goes.

Excuse the ignorant question... but can you use an external hard drive to install games to such as NV or run the mods off them? I thought the transfer rate would be too slow to play bigger games like Fallout.

My first weekend playing the game was intense. I think 20 hours before the weekend was over. Anyways I was in super duper mart killing all of the raiders, which afterwords i grabbed all the loot. Then I pressed the intercom on the one of the desks and I heard more raiders coming in from the entrance! It was a surprising, creative, and at the same time scary experience for me that was impressive.

Probably stumbling onto a nice little campground in the middle of the night, only to hear the footsteps of a deathclaw behind me. I almost peed my pants.

Let me point out that anyone who disagrees with the U.S. government and takes any manner of action to oppose the establishment, could be labeled as a terrorist. The men pulling the strings of our government are the terrorists, not the people who are brainwashed into supporting such wars. The current government IS a form of legalized terrorism, and the military is their tool, along with all of the main stream news zombies. Don't get me wrong I support the men in uniform, but not the motivations of the rich that cause them to be there.

Honestly I pray and then think about what I do have in my life.... when that doesn't work I mindlessly play videogames like today it always helps. I hope things turn around for you, and trust me they will. It has to get bad before it gets good again right?
