Sorry for being super late to this but, the only work around that let me continue is putting "setstage SexLabAmorousAdventuresCarlotta 30" in the console. (without the quote marks) Later I will probably have to put in "setstage SexLabAmorousAdventuresCarlotta 70" since in stage 60 you have to speak to Mila again. Edit: Yes, later in the quest you will have to use "setstage SexLabAmorousAdventuresCarlotta 70" once you have to speak to Mila again. :)
