Hi folks, I'm trying to install a mod but do not have an extensions folder in my steam apps common x4 folder can any one tell me where to install the mod in this case thank you.

Hi I am trying to download the above mentioned mod but it takes me to a donation screen which says its optional but cant get passed it. Is the mod free or not?
