I'm not as bright like I used to be so I'm hope someone can clear me some of my nogging. Fresh install and run the game once. Here I am, asking what should I do next before I start mod it until it break again, and which essential community mod should I pick up (eg; community bug fix, mod that improve how the game run, enchance graphic, thing that not tinkering with gameplay or mechanic). I do have and remember a few mods that I used back in the day so that shouldn't be a problem. I just don't want to miss any step before I start modding NV again.

The plugin said ESM. I am using this race http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/36630 , and it need Shojo to be master file if i understand this correctly http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/35097 The Shojo Neko is just a head part, it use the same body as Shojo which Shojo also using default body (Adult body). Do you need anymore information?

Dang, i have no experience with GECK and Modding. Still, i am interesting to try. Can you give me an advice?

I am using modded race (Shojo race to be specific) but it use default body like any other NPC in the game. Is it possible to do this? To have my character or each race use it own body.

I am actually using Wolf Ears since Cat Ears in that mod is too small and hard to notice while Wolf Ears is bigger and pointy straight up. Still, i am surprise that the file for Wolf Ears is actually a photo of wolf! I do not know if the author use this wolf for his other mod or not but i am impressed. **I made it! Now the only things that left is those red line on her cheek. I don't know what those call in English. Hold down A and hit Spacebar, my character just jump and stuck in mid-air then landed. I had no idea what might cause this. My game is heavily mod too, but since i didn't play NV for very long time, my memories kinda rust. Can anyone help me guess what might cause this? I will keep investigate and remove mod 1 by 1 to see which one might be the problem.

Only happen when in 3rd view, when i ran to the left and jump, the Character stop in motion in midair and fall, this does not happen when ran to the right and jump. Any idea how to fix this?

Then what if my Character already used race that's not vanila one, what i need to be done to make it work? or do i need to use the "Custom Race" mod for this to work?

I wish for my Character to be unique from NPC but i don't know if that's possible. If it's possible then how do i manage to do it?

I changed my avatar for like a week but it's seem the NexusMods still use my first Avatar, is this somekind of glitch or i need to do something? *The avatar already changed in NexusForums but not in NexusMods.

I'm not a modder but this look very damn hard work........even group of team maybe take almost year to finish this. no one going to do this except large number of people request it or you support them to make this, as for character you can try on Shojo Mod, it's the only available thing for character for now but as for item / armour / clothing / weapon some of them may available already in Nexus. for me i like your idea about weapon cause i'm not fan of modern weapon or item to be in Fallout that much ( yeah yeah we have Plasma and Power Armor in FO but you know what's my point )

mostly Type 3 and Type 6 are good for female, for male try looking for breeze.

i'm currently using sort mod but it only for some fixed item, mostly vanila item. when adding new item from new mod or by my own they didn't get sorted. is there any sort mod that sort item by type? cause i think if it sort by reading item type it could able to sort even custom item. i already search around Nexus but seem i'm at lost, can anyone point me the right way?

i didn't like all ending in FONV, FO3 made more sense. although i want Vegas to be independence not in control of NCR. wish if PC have high enough Science, he/she could reprogram the Lucky 38 mainframe and take control by him/herself. i don't like Yes Man either, it look fishy and i never trust in robot.

i both like and hate DM, story and puzzle are great but explosive collar beacon really made me mad at some point. i like the concept of "letting it go" while i found out most people apeshit about try to get all gold out of DM while you should letting it go : P although it's sad about that we can't go back to it without using mod or console command but yes like it said "letting it go" DM and OWB really have strong emotion.

kinda ironic when all those bot and machine in OWB have more emotion and sense than people in Vegas -_- wish i can have muggy as follower.

does anyone have list of all vanilla animation that can play with "PlayIdle" command? i already note some of them by using "sa" command when i see some NPC doing it but i believe there are more that i miss. i want it in case i want to setup some character for screenshot and fun.

hm.....yes yes it does. it's because animation replace mod, thank for pointing me out of trouble. oh well.........i'm not fan of energy weapons anyway.

normally energy weapon will never use iron sight because it doesn't exist but in my game it does. while right click to zoom it's normal but when i start shooting the gun will bump up and cover my screen and aiming reticle, that render me to unable to zoom and shoot in same time. all i can do is just shoot from the hip which sometime not every accurate. i believe issue is maybe because i mod my game a lot but most of my mod didn't have anything to do with weapons. only one mod that change player pose and stance but maybe there's another thing........because i mistake overwrite some original FONV pose and animation and replace with FO3. i still don't know what occur this so i ask you community to help me out.
