Jun and Marcy both become killable (no longer essential) after you complete the initial Sanctuary quest. So just put them where they will be easily killed ( on guard duty near a missile turret should do it) and get someone else to fish.

At 245 plugins, you are almost at the 255 cap. This is probably as far as you can go, hence the very random CTDs. Think about merging many mods together, reducing your plugin number by at least 50, but try for 100.

You have the Unofficial Skyrim Patch in the wrong place, and you don't have the Unofficial Patches for the DLCs at all. Seems like you're missing the meshes for those weapons. SkyRe will need compatibility patches to work with those other mods.
