I to would like to know what Mods might conflict.

I am also having this trouble. I downloaded the game through the Origin Clinet. I then right clicked on the game through the Origin Client and selected 'Check for Update'. It tells me the game is up to date. Now, I've used the mod manager to install the mods, however, the game freezes when trying to load it. Instead of renaming the folder to PatchV should I change it to PatchVI instead? Would that work?
