I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and even trying the mod without it's optional patches but it all results in my just getting stuck at the start screen. I don't know what's wrong.

This is mod is possible to make, I know it. So basically in WoW, garrisons are owned by players and the player can decide where to build certain buildings much like the Hearthfire homes or other house mods albeit on a larger scale. Players then can find followers and bring them to their garrison. I know this is possible through the 'Make your own guild' mod and you can send them out on tasks just like in WoD. Basically this mod would just incorporate all of the ideas above into one mod. The garrison could be an entirely new world space like the areas in Dawnguard or it could be in an empty area of Skyrim.

Satoru Iwata, president of Nintendo has just passed away today. I was shocked since I was reading about Adam Adamowicz's (concept artist of Skyrim and Fallout 3) before I had heard the news. So basically this is just a simple mod to add an NPC named Satoru Iwata to Sovngarde. :sad:

I always loved this set of armor for Death Knights in WoW and found that not many other sets in the game had the same Death Knighty look and feel to it like this one. So basically the mod would be a recreation of this in Skyrim. Oversized shoulderplates are a must. Yeah that ghost form was pretty much what I meant, the ghost should be able to use the tlc command I guess, and shouldn't be visible to NPCs

I know there is already a Mind Control mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/10474/?) where you shoot a ball of magic at an NPC to control them but, my idea is a bit more fun (and probably simple to make) than the aforementioned mod. First of all this is a mod for low level characters, particularly mages but I guess vampires could use it as well. So let's say you just entered a dungeon, and you take out the enemy bandits near interior entrance. There are more bandits down the hallway, but instead you don't go to them. The bandits are on the other side of the wall. Instead you use this mod. This mod enables players to leave their body in a ghostly/ethereal form that NPCs cannot see. You can walk around and through doors, and can possess enemies from afar. Once an enemy is possessed you can just use their body to attack their allies so then they'll lower the amount of NPCs left. Rinse and repeat, the possession script could be the same.

Tried installing .Net 4.5.2 around 5 times now. At the end of the installation it always says something along the lines of "The installation failed due to another program interfering with it". Sigh, I miss the old version of NMM

I want someone to bring that quest to Skyrim. The enemies don't exactly have to be the same, and could be any type of daedra, but if someone could build Cheesemonger's Hollow inside of the Skyrim engine and make the quest, that'd be great. This could potentially be a very fun tiny quest mod, and maybe a player home mod. Maybe after you clear out Cheesemonger's Hollow, the player will receive an item like Sheogorath's Golden Slice of Cheese, that could teleport the player back there anytime he/she wants to. If you have no idea what Cheesemonger's Hollow is, look up a gameplay video, since the dungeon is pretty short, and this is pretty doable. The only hard part is creating the actual dungeon, and creating Sheogorath's pet Gutsripper (the boss of the dungeon). He looks like a little raptor, so I guess someone could work off of an already existing raptor model and make it look more daedric. The quest could start at the Mage's College as it also does in ESO, with a new NPC or the ghost of Arch Mage Shalidor like in ESO. The player enters a portal and get teleported to the dungeon. Yes I know about Skywind, Skyblivion, Syerscote, Falskaar and plenty of other mods that take place outside of Skyrim, but we need more mods like the Fight Against the Thalmor series of mods. It doesn't have to be a new land mass or it doesn't even need to be a quest mod, it could just be a new player home that takes place outside of Skyrim in a new part of the map (not inside Skyrim) could also work (like how Bethesda added into Castle Volkihar and Fort Dawnguard. There are plenty of great follower mods out there that have well voiced, humans, dark elves, and even Khajit! Examples include Moonpath to Elsewyr, Moon and Star, Wrath of Nature, Inigo etc. This could be implemented easily into any quest, or new location mods like a city. All I'm asking for is a well voiced Argonian mod, with a lot of dialogue, and perhaps some quests to earn this new follower. We NEED MORE ARGONIANS in Skyrim!

I used NMM to install it like any other mod but I don't know how to move Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp to the top of the load order in Data Files in the Skyrim launcher. If it helps I bought Skyrim off of Steam.

Well there already is a mod out there that adds as many Dovahkiin NPCs as you want (maxiumum of 20 I think) but I'm not sure if they absorb dragon souls or not.

There are many mods that add extra NPCs such as Inconsequential NPCs, Adventurers and Travelers but no mods add nameless friendly vampires with the exception of Better Vampires where you can infect people and follower mods with vampires. What I'm suggesting is that you could add nameless vampire NPCs in Castle Volkihar, or others places like a new location with friendly vampires, kinda like the friendly werewolves in Solstheim.

There are few underground city mods out there, and the ones that are released are pretty low quality and aren't updated very often. With the exception of one mod, there is only one city that is built into a cave, and 0 city mods that are actually INSIDE a cave. If you need inspiration for a settlement inside of a cave, then you can research the Flame Crest location from WoW.

If you're like me and you've heard the masterfully crafted songs by miracleofsound, then you know how beautiful they are.
